PAY TO OWNER OPTION:
The following option have two best options for owners that have tenants in flats, and complexes.
1st OPTION:
The tenant/client can purchase electricity from any EasyPay outlet and the amount of electricity purchased for the month gets reimbursed to the owner’s bank account that were supplied on a monthly basis where the owner will also receive on a monthly basis a vending report which will explain the monthly electricity purchases. Please also take note that the monthly deductions are as follows :
Monthly metering fee : R49.00 (that will be deducted from the 1st purchase of the month)
Transaction fees: There is a 11.60% transaction that will be deducted with each purchase
The user/tenant that purchase the electricity will be liable for this costs.
The owner can also request that the monthly rental amount will be loaded on the prepaid meter if the rental agreement indicate that the rental amount will be loaded on the prepaid meter.
2ND OPTION:
This option is where the tenant are blocked and can only purchase electricity directly from our company and when the tenant purchases the electricity the electricity value gets reimbursed to the owner the same day electricity is purchased. With this option the tenant will need to create our companies banking details as a beneficiary and if they purchase from us as soon as the payment reflect in the bank account the system will automatically send the token receipt to the tenant.

Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 07:00 - 13:00 and 18:00 – 21:00
Sunday: 07:00 – 09:00 and 18:00 – 20:00
Please take note that public holidays are the same as Sunday hours.
Please also take note that all the prepaid meters are set up according to the NERSA rules and regulations as well as the municipality bylaws.
PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTE THAT WE CAN ALSO INSTALL WATER PREPAID METERS WITH THE SAME TWO OPTIONS.
