TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS OPTION

You will receive an invoice for the reference used as well as the amount due and payable, please take note that this option must be paid in advance for the period that are requested, then the service will start.

METER READINGS AGREEMENT:

1. Photos of the meter readings will be send to the municipality as well as the owner for the personal keeping of the readings being send to the municipality.
2. Meter readings will be captured on the e-Tshwane portal and the proof thereof will also be send to the owner.
3. Please take note that if the readings do not get captured correctly by the municipality. The previous month as well as the current readings gets send to the municipality and request that the readings be rectified as well as a reference for the rectifying, proof thereof will be send to the owner of the property.
4. Please take note that the readings that the readings will be followed up on a weekly basis by the municipality, and the owner will receive proof thereof.
5. Please take note that you will receive a sms stating when the meter readings will be done and to make sure Mr Sekerheid Prepaid Pty (Ltd) have access to the premises, if there are no access the meter readings can be send to the following number (082)294 7807 (only for meter readings) or be emailed to the following email address: admin@prepaidadmin.co.za, please make sure that a photo is taken and send.
6. If there are no access the owner / tenant will be requested to send the meter readings the same day, and the owner will receive a report stating why the readings were requested the reason will be for no access
