The token will only be send to the registered cellphone numbers on the system via a sms
Please set up your bank account with the correct reference number (meter number) and use the correct email address
and cellphone number (072) 012 7309.The notifications must come directly from the bank.

Take note of the following Service fees and Administration fees:

1. Per transaction a transaction fee of 10.09% (including VAT)
2. Monthly metering fee of R42,99 (including VAT) per meter charged on the 1st purchase of the month.
3. An administration fee of R75,00 will be charged should an incorrect reference number are used or in the incorrect bank account or no reference used.
4. All administration fees will be immediately deducted from the amount paid by the tenant/client before the token are issued
