Please set up your bank account with the correct reference number (meter number) and use the correct email address
and cell phone number (072) 870 3211.The notifications must come directly from the bank.

Take note of the following Service and Administration fees:

1. Per transaction a transaction fee of 10.09% (including VAT)
2. Monthly metering fee of R42,99 (including VAT) per meter charged on the 1st purchase of the month.
3. An administration fee of R75,00 will be charged for the following: Incorrect reference number, deposit into the incorrect bank account or no reference used with payment.
4. All administration fees will immediately be deducted from the amount paid by the tenant/client before the token are issued

Public holidays 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM and 18:00 pm until 20:00 pm
