Let us take care of all the non-payments of tenants with our prepaid system. Your tenants will use electricity on a ‘pay as you go’ basis and make payment upfront which reduces the risk and tension around bill discrepancies.
Electricity can only be purchased directly from
our offices and gets paid on the municipality account.
The client will be invoiced on a monthly basis for the water and sanitation etc. as per the electricity statement or if the readings are on estimation the invoice system will be calculated according to the month's readings.
Please take note on this option the tenant will also be invoiced on a monthly basis for the following usage on the premises:
1. Water usage (according to the monthly readings)
2. Sanitation usage (according to the monthly readings)
3. Refuse removal (dustbin on the property) as the tenants are using the refuse removal.
If there is any situations or disputes or estimations on the
account our offices will sort the situation out with local municipality and the owner will receive a report of the progress.
Cost of Service: Monthly fee of R350.00
We reduce admin to a minimum while removing the risk and frustration of late or non-payment of utility bills.
